10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relations established between DJ DIG$ and the User shall be governed by the provisions of the EEUU legislation in force. DJ DIG$ and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, shall submit any disputes and/or litigation to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Tampa.
